Keith Gosline, ACSM HFS, LMT, CKTP, owner of Personal Fitness Systems, Inc.

is a licensed massage therapist and certified Health and Fitness Specialist with a B.S. in exercise science.

His 3-in-1 system can help you keep fitness fun and remain fit for life.


Jennifer Turner is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM CPT).

She has been in the fitness industry for seven years. In 2010 Jennifer obtained an associate’s degree in accounting.

Jennifer has a passion for knowledge and teaching others. It is through this passion she is able to connect and help her clients through their fitness journey.

Bria Borcherding

Bria Borcherding is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.

She has been teaching and training in the fitness industry for the past 7 years.

Bria’s academic background in Kinesiology (B.S. Kinesiology– Exercise Science & M.A. Kinesiology – Sport Sociology, both degrees are from the University of Minnesota), as well as experience as a professional dancer, dance instructor, and choreographer, has provided a foundation to train and teach with a safe, effective, and efficient approach, while focusing on improving cardio capacity, muscular endurance and strength, and flexibility — and all while having some fun!

She has also taught group exercise and dance classes with focuses on strength training, HIT (high intensity training), cardio dance, Latin, Hip Hop, and Break Dance. She is also a Certified Silver Sneakers Instructor for Cardio Circuit, Yoga-Stretch and Stress Release, and MSROM (Muscular Strength & Range of Motion).

Andrea HarrillAndrea Harrill, MPH, RD, LD

Andrea is a licensed, registered dietitian who takes a “real world” approach to food and nutrition.

Getting back to basics and finding balance are keys to finding success on your wellness journey. Specializing in nutrition for weight loss, chronic disease management, family health, fitness, and overall personal wellness, Andrea is ready to help you tackle your nutrition goals with an individualized plan that fits into your life.

Jenna AmundsonJenna Amundson, MPH, RD, LD

Jenna’s work experience generally centers around working with adults and children of all walks of life to make the diet changes necessary to live a healthier life.

This has included such things as working with women throughout their pregnancies, chatting with adults trying to lose weight or manage their chronic diseases, and redesigning menus for local school districts. Jenna’s passion in nutrition really revolves around the motivations behind someone wanting to take the first step in changing their eating habits. Everyone has a story to tell and their own challenges to overcome. Jenna loves working with people, helping them design their own personal goals and the strategies that will work best for them.
